すべてのレビューを表示This was my first ever aerial yoga class and Rochelle made sure it was an amazing experience for me! She was very helpful with cues and hands-on positioning. This was unlike any class I’ve ever taken and I loved every minute of it. Being suspended in the air from a hammock and giving into stretches without the resistance of the ground was quite a different sensation. I’ll definitely be back!

Everyone was open and friendly, which made the overall experience even better. I had a great time and definitely can’t wait to book my next session. I joined a group beginner class with instructor Kim, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming from the very beginning. She made me feel included and comfortable right away. Her explanations were very clear and detailed, and she made sure everyone understood each technique step by step. Everything was easy to follow, even as a complete beginner. The community was also amazing — everyone was friendly, supportive, and made me feel like I belonged. The environment felt safe, encouraging, and empowering. After this class, I honestly feel much more confident walking on the street as a woman. I’m very grateful for this experience. Thank you so much!

Though there were others there who had been doing it much longer, it still felt friendly and inviting for a beginner. Clear instruction, plenty of individualized attention, and lots of encouragement. The tip to bring a friend if you’re new is a good one if you’re someone who likes to feel extra comfortable, since there is some pairing up, but I imagine it would still be great if you couldn’t find someone. I’m so excited to come back!

I really enjoyed the class and instruction from Tiana and Ana. I didn’t know what to expect but it was challenging and I worked up a sweat! Rodney was especially helpful and did a great job guiding me through everything in a way that felt approachable, even as a beginner. The class itself was a solid workout, but more than that, I walked away feeling like I actually learned practical skills and techniques. It also seems like a really strong, positive community, which makes a big difference.
