すべてのレビューを表示This was the coolest class I have ever taken. You could tell there is a deep understanding of the best most intuitive ways to teach martial arts and self defense. I learned more in one session than I learned in a month of grappling elsewhere. And the skills are real and can be applied to feel more confident in real life. This gym has 5 stars for a reason it is really just in a league of its own. Wish I could go every single day.

Give yourself some extra time before and after class because my class started a little earlier than scheduled with stretching, and ended a little later with cooldown and “bonus” challenges. Super humbling but appropriately challenging class.

すべてのレビューを表示A very good gym. There’s treadmills, rowing machines, spin and attack bikes. A basic selection of weights. What’s really nice is a large selection of punching and kicking bags. There’s no crowd after work and he allows you to train alone at your own pace on heavy weight bags etc. I am helped when I need anything but no one crowds me while I move among the machines or bags. The owner is really great. He teaches karate in another part of the gym. I plan to add The Battlefield to my regular weekly ClassPass drop ins.
