すべてのレビューを表示Kiera is a great instructor. She is engaging and encouraging as she actively walks around the classroom throughout the duration of class. Kiera also provides great cues for the treadmill portion of the class. She lets participants know what speeds are suggested and most importantly how long each "working" block is before recovery - so that participants can adjust their speeds accordingly. This is extremely helpful because on longer blocks you may need to scale the speed back and on shorter blocks you can push the pace. (Other instructors do not always do this which is frustrating) Great all around job Kiera!

I got a good pump in but didn't think it was very challenging, just a guided weightlifting session. Kemper was a great instructor and was attentive with everyone in class. I'll be excited to come back again and try more classes here.

He was incredible today, extremely knowledge about form and quick to correct without embarrassment if he noticed something wrong. すべてのレビューを表示The instructor is incredible, I was not prepared for high intensity, training. On my end, I wish I would’ve done more research for this class because I have a knee and shoulder injury. Although modifications are possible this class itself was not the best workout for me. If you’re healthy and all your limbs are good it’s great and you’re gonna love it but if you’re avoiding aggravation to any joint injury, I recommend cycle, which was incredible w the same instructor.

Really friendly folks in class, lot of camaraderie and focus on getting in a killer workout. Instructor had great energy and good cues. Would definitely come back. Prob not great for beginners as we just got right into it, but as a former college athlete, this felt like home. :)

すべてのレビューを表示I recently attended my first row class, and it was an incredible experience! Gianna, the instructor, is absolutely awesome, bringing both expertise and enthusiasm to the session. The front desk receptionist also made a fantastic impression, warmly greeting us as soon as we arrived. The class itself was well-structured, with a great mix of rowing and core exercises that kept things engaging and challenging. I really enjoyed the workout and am already looking forward to coming back for more classes. Highly recommended!

すべてのレビューを表示Even though instructor unable to show up I took advantage of using the rower. Gave me chance to try to remember things from prior classes. Open rowing time not too bad given I am someone that thrives better with class structure and guidance. Only thing to do different is if open rowing time in the future, offer us that choose to stay to work out a song list option if at all possible or even a Spotify list to keep the energy going. Overall a great way to make most of the situation and still allow those of us that chose to stay a chance to get movement in for the evening.
