She has no problem assisting you with your form during the workouts. Can’t wait to go again. Her playlist was nice also !

すべてのレビューを表示Kylan made getting up at the crack of dawn totally worth it - I appreciate how he demonstrated exercises, is encouraging, and makes everyone feel welcome. The set was challenging but Kylan kept the motivation high and pushed me when I was ready to throw in the towel (though maybe that’s because he’s my brother in law, can’t get away with quitting 😆) Either way, 10/10 recommend his classes to beginners and pros alike!

The energy from start to finish is incredible, and Sam does an amazing job keeping everyone motivated and engaged throughout the entire workout. He creates a fun, challenging, and welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to keep coming back every week. The space is great, the vibe is always positive, and you can tell how much effort and passion he puts into every class. Highly recommend taking Shreds with Sam.

Our instructor, Peter, was super helpful, easy to follow, and encouraging. Intervals was a great intro class for a beginner like me, but I’m curious to see what the other class formats are like!

I personally like the mixture of rowing and free weights. So I would definitely take a similar class. Rowing is an endurance challenge for sure!!

すべてのレビューを表示This class was life changing for me. My biggest area of concern during all of my workouts felt corrected with just one slight change in foot placement. I immediately felt the change in the engagement of the muscles I usually have so much difficulty trying to target. Suddenly they were consistently engaged and I felt the power in my row (although it also exposed some weaknesses that the unsolicited muscles were compensating for). Will be back next week for squat. We came 15min early and he instructed us on how to use the row machine & everything. I would definitely come back for more classes with Lawrence!

The workout was no joke, so come prepared to sweat out in a full-body workout. I arrived 15 minutes early and everyone who worked there took the time to show me around the little studio, the machine, and made sure I knew how to properly row before starting. I cannot recommend Row House (and Joy) enough!❤️

Colin is incredibly informative, he breaks down technique in a way that’s easy to understand while still pushing you to challenge yourself. You can tell he genuinely cares about proper form and helping everyone get the most out of the workout. I left feeling accomplished, energized, and excited to take another class with him.
