Cutting his Monday class was a big mistake. If the studio keeps making choices like this, they’re risking their reputation. Dennis is a star, and they should be doing everything they can to support him. Bring back the Monday class!

すべてのレビューを表示Studio is has flow feeling in the room with elevated high ceilings and large open windows which look over the streets of Georgetown and those windows allow sunshine to cascade and wash over the room. I felt comfortable and safe to be myself in the space. Mats and blocks were provided. From my eyes I see the studio as gorgeous and ascetically pleasing layout overall. Everything I need for class is provided and the staff were kind and warm towards me with instructions and brief conversations. I'd definitely return and recommend this class for beginners who want vinyasa. My body feels like there's my flow and freedom in it's movement overall

Went for a Saturday Barre class and after letting her know my side was bothering me from a class at a different studio, she suggestion the yoga class after Barre. It definitely helped the issue! The overall experience was wonderful! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to more classes at EB+ 🙂

If you were hoping for longer stretches of dancing with music with someone to practice, I’d try a level up. Notes re Robbie: She’s personable, efficient at managing a large group, inclusive to involve multiple people when showing something, and particularly I like her walking around and helping make adjustments to individuals.

すべてのレビューを表示I took the Moves & Grooves class and it had the best vibe! We each started with an unplanned ice breaking solo dance, and it was filled with positive energy and good chemistry. We then proceeded to practice the body wave against the mirror. At some point, we lined up in a row facing the street doing body waves backwards while pedestrians stared at us in curiosity. Finally, we learned the choreography and had time to practice a few rounds. Good instructor. Good group. Good vibes.

While the class involves partners, you don’t need to come with one and we rotate between partners multiple times during the class. There was a woman next to me (her first time) and she said she came to “watch” but she danced too , it’s impossible to sit still in his class.
