    Great workout, however very fast paced as a first timer. The workout group is split into two, one treadmill and one floor group. Treadmill portion was awesome, hard to miss the instructions there and the light jog-run-sprint intervals were perfect. For the floor workouts, if you don’t hear the exercises you fall behind a bit but can catch up by looking at others! Instructor talked a bit fast & the music was very loud, however I caught most of what he was saying. Definitely recommend for a fun/challenging class!

    First time here I had a great time. I’ve been on a hunt for a place to challenge me sometimes, gyming by myself can sometimes make me lose motivation but I really enjoyed this place. Energy was amazing and Nazinga was an amazing coach!

    This was my first F45 class and I loved it. The instructor’s were super friendly and very helpful. I have a slight shoulder injury so the modifications were explained for me. I got a great cardio workout in and can’t wait for the next class!
