Dre was really helpful in making sure my form was on point and no other fitness coach at other gyms I’ve been to have taken the time during a class to do so, so I really appreciated that. Everyone was super friendly and helpful as well.

Separately, I wonder who chooses what is on the TVs in the women's locker room (clearly not a woman). Maybe they can switch it up or not have all screens on the same BS? Lastly, "influencers" in the locker room with tripods is uncomfortable AF. Best kept secret: THE SAUNA! But bring your own towels!

You have the flexibility to make the class as easy or difficult as you need for the day. They set you up with the right movements and suggestions at far as equipment but allow you to make the decision on the weight you want to use. Id suggest it to anyone with or without weight training experience. This will be a staple in my workout routine!

すべてのレビューを表示Vivian was a great instructor and you can tell that she cares about those who attend her class because she knew everyone who was already there so it made me feel comfortable from the beginning. She was very clear with her instructions when teaching im the front of the class. This was my first mat Pilates class so I wasn’t sure if she would walk around and correct our forms or not. The class was great though. The only thing I didn’t love was the space itself. There was only a room divider between our class and the weights station so it didn’t feel very private. I don’t think I would go back because of the space itself but Vivian was great!

The space and people are very laid back, everyone was super friendly and non-judgmental. The instructions were great and I felt that my individual abilities were taken into consideration.
