    Great class - only 4 of us. Detailed instructions from coach but not overly chatty - just right. Clean, well outfitted gym. Good mix of a bit of cardio and solid opportunity to lift decent weight. Ropes were *brutal*.

    I wasn't ready, but I pushed through. The class is high intensity, so if that's what you're looking for, this will give you everything you want. The instructor was nice and corrected form as we went, which was new and welcomed. The group I worked with was also very chill and focused, they didn't mind me copying them when I got a lil lost in the sauce.

    The room for sweat box is a little tricky to find (go downstairs then right). But it was a great workout focused mainly on strength training with some bike work to keep your heart rate up.     I always have a great time in Coach Dina's class! She will work you out hard and make you sweat, so make sure to stretch! Separately, I wonder who chooses what is on the TVs in the women's locker room (clearly not a woman). Maybe they can switch it up or not have all screens on the same BS? Lastly, "influencers" in the locker room with tripods is uncomfortable AF. Best kept secret: THE SAUNA! But bring your own towels!

    This is an awesome strength training class! My favorite part about it is that it makes weight/strength training approachable. You have the flexibility to make the class as easy or difficult as you need for the day. They set you up with the right movements and suggestions at far as equipment but allow you to make the decision on the weight you want to use. Id suggest it to anyone with or without weight training experience. This will be a staple in my workout routine!

    Vivian was a great instructor and you can tell that she cares about those who attend her class because she knew everyone who was already there so it made me feel comfortable from the beginning. She was very clear with her instructions when teaching im the front of the class. This was my first mat Pilates class so I wasn’t sure if she would walk around and correct our forms or not. The class was great though. The only thing I didn’t love was the space itself. There was only a room divider between our class and the weights station so it didn’t feel very private. I don’t think I would go back because of the space itself but Vivian was great!
