Always has the hardest variations, amazing instruction/cues, and music is BOMB. My sweat was dripping so much you would think I went swimming. 100/10 Always book with Efren!!

すべてのレビューを表示This studio is not only gorgeous, but has a perfect mix of challenge and recovery. It’s 2 levels up from my favorite PT location and about 2 levels down from Lagree. I love it! My body continues to tighten and strengthen and the class students and Maru are great!

She’s so welcoming from the minute you walk into the studio, throughout class, until the end & always with a smile on her face! She was truly so helpful with my form and making sure I was engaging the correct muscles. I’m obsessed; I will absolutely be back to see her!
