Chris paid attention to my technique to make sure I was able to keep up with the class which I appreciate. The members were also very kind while I was there. I'll definitely come back to this location for more classes.

すべてのレビューを表示The class can be hard the first time as it moves quickly. Caryn gives great queues but between the form, changing weight, learning the combos it can be a lot. If you struggle with the class give it 2-3 more times and you’ll become addicted!

すべてのレビューを表示This class was not what I was expecting. If you're looking for something more like Title or Ding Ding, this isn't it. It's a true boxing class that focuses on paired sparring the whole time. When I arrived and that was explained to me, I didn't feel prepared or comfortable enough to participate. Thankfully they were understanding and nice enough to still let me use the equipment to work out on my own.
