すべてのレビューを表示Absolutely beginner friendly!!! Jeannie was great! Patient and very clear instructions. She checked people’s form and made sure we knew which part of the machine and springs to use at certain times. Other Pilates can be intimidating but Jeannie made it simple and helped build confidence. I would 10/10 recommend this class if you’ve never been on a reformer before!

すべてのレビューを表示I took Brianna’s class and it was a burner for sure! I enjoyed her giving an overview at start of class and corrections through out class. I did sidebar with her after to get some pointers and she is knowledgeable and sweetest. If you’re new to Pilates or into pilates she’s your girl!

すべてのレビューを表示Great new studio for all levels! I hope to see more of a full body class, but management did mention having classes where people can work their way up to ensure proper form and difficulty will be added later. Will be back to try the other class types

すべてのレビューを表示The instructor was great ! I do wish the workouts were a little harder though. This class is great for beginners. I think it’s just the kind of reformers that they use that makes it feel like I’m doing more stretching than working out. Overall I would return for a nice Sunday morning light workout.
