すべてのレビューを表示Nichol is an excellent instructor! Her group reformer class was a great contemporary Pilates workout utilizing props with amplifications and modifications offered for each movement, which I always appreciate. In addition, her class was a lot of fun and flew by. I highly recommend! 🙌🏼

Best part max 29 in smaller studio (heated) and not an unreasonable max in the unheated studio!!! Much more enjoyable to workout when not stuffed in a studio to the gills full of people where you can't do full range of motion. I'll be back! Peak class hours at 5:15/6:15am weekdays, 9am weekends acc to her. 😀

すべてのレビューを表示What a cool space! It was a little hard to find the door at first so come a little extra early your first time for that. I really enjoyed the class and the instructor did an awesome job at showing us the moves and empowering us! Can’t wait to come back!!!

すべてのレビューを表示Loooooved it! The space they provide is cozy and intimate. Feels like a private lesson for sure. I was always intimidated by barre because I’ve heard it’s super hard and yeah for sure you’ll be sweating and maybe climbing up the stairs on all fours afterwards for a few days but Jackie did a wonderful job balancing out the whole body routine so you’re not burnt out by the end. It also flies by so quickly! This was a great introduction to barre for me can’t wait to take it again.
