すべてのレビューを表示This was my first Class Pass class so I was a little nervous but they welcomed me, had an assigned spot for me, and showed me what equipment I would need. The class was pretty difficult as a beginner and I had to modify most moves but the instructor was welcoming in showing modifications as well.

The instructor is super sweet and encouraging but does sometimes yell bootcamp-style which works well for some people but it’s not the type of motivation that best resonates with me. Some people like that though so it’s just personal preference!

すべてのレビューを表示Nice studio! Not quite as hot as I went in thinking. It is certainly heated but not like “hot” compared to CorePower or Y6. Having showers onsite is certainly nice perk too! Instructions was good but the layout was a little strange, had never been in a class where the students were perpendicular to the teacher. Made it a little difficult to see what we were doing in some parts of the class but overall it was a wonderful class with modifications to make it easier or harder depending on what you need.

She walked me through each one of the poses and even provided some hands on corrections to my posture. This is a great class for those who are looking to be grounded and gain flexibility!
