Elaine was very helpful and welcoming and explained each movement, making sure I could follow along without making me feel singled out. I was very intimidated by Pilates before today since I am a plus sized woman, and was very fearful I wouldn’t be welcome as I don’t have the “ typical Pilates body” but I was proved wrong by this class! Class was challenging yet totally doable and I plan to return!

すべてのレビューを表示I had a great workout! Jamie was super helpful getting me prepared for my first lagree class. The class was also nice definitely some challenging parts but it wasn’t hard. I also used the vibration plate at the end and loved it.

すべてのレビューを表示AMAZING studio! took BUILD with Madi! and HOT PILATES w/Alyssa they are both so sweet and welcoming i feel like i’ve been a member of the studio for months and it was my first class!!! i especially love how they will demo the movements before we go all in! definitely returning!

She consistently challenges you to push yourself and improve, while making sure you stay focused on proper form and breathwork throughout the session. Her attention to technique helps you get the most out of every movement, and there’s always a great sense of accomplishment after class. Love her!!!

すべてのレビューを表示I forgot the instructors name but it was an impressive class for a beginner. I’m not a beginner but I’ve been out of practice for a long time. The class was gentle and I felt like I still got a workout without being unable to move the next day. It takes me days to recover from a work out sometimes and this class felt just right for my recovery period. I also loved that the instructor corrected my form. That’s very important for a beginner! Thank you!
