すべてのレビューを表示This was such a unique class. Blake was an AMAZING teacher. This was my first time doing this sequence and he made me feel included and provided modifications as needed. The community in the room was so supportive and welcoming. I felt included right away. I cannot wait for more classes with R&B and to be able to see how much I progress. Try it out. Be open minded and you’ll have an amazing time!!!!

すべてのレビューを表示Sherri was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable for my very fist yoga/pilates class. Overall, the class I took was more yoga centered, but Sherri asked us beforehand which we would prefer more of, so she's super flexible and open to what you want to take out of the class!
