すべてのレビューを表示The Pilates workout itself was effective, and I definitely felt challenged, but there were a couple of elements that could be improved to enhance the overall atmosphere. The lights in the studio were very bright, which made it a bit harder to focus and get into the groove of the workout. Additionally, the music was quite low, and I found that it didn’t quite match the energy of the session. I wonder if there’s a possibility of having certain classes with dimmed lights and a more upbeat playlist, as that combination really helps create a better vibe for me personally. Another thing I would suggest as a class pass user is that it would be helpful to know specifically which body parts a class is targeting, instead of just the general “megaformer” label. That way, I can better decide which class is right for my needs. Overall, though, I had a good experience and will definitely give Body Lab another try. Looking forward to seeing if they make some of these tweaks!

すべてのレビューを表示Very challenging but the instructor made me feel welcomed and taught me everything I needed to know! I also didn’t feel judged by how crappy i was doing bc everyone else was in their own bubble! Definitely recommend and will be coming back!!!

すべてのレビューを表示Loooooved it! The space they provide is cozy and intimate. Feels like a private lesson for sure. I was always intimidated by barre because I’ve heard it’s super hard and yeah for sure you’ll be sweating and maybe climbing up the stairs on all fours afterwards for a few days but Jackie did a wonderful job balancing out the whole body routine so you’re not burnt out by the end. It also flies by so quickly! This was a great introduction to barre for me can’t wait to take it again.
