Her instruction has really helped me in and outside of the class. If you want great instruction and a greater mind body connection, book a class with Janette. すべてのレビューを表示This was my first barre class and I loved it! Leah was great and walked around making corrections and giving personalized positive feedback. I have bad knees and this was low impact enough that I never felt any pain. My legs and buns are going to be feeling it tomorrow! Only downside was it was tough to find parking.
