すべてのレビューを表示Maryellen was absolutely amazing!! She made sure that you were in proper alignment and helped to strengthen that connection between our body and movement. Her instruction to positions were easy to follow and when I wasn’t coordinating my movements well she helped me to coordinate better and described ways to which I could connect better. I appreciated the smaller class size. She also was able to help modify our moves to fit our specific needs. I left class feeling stronger, more connected to my body, confident, and seen. Everyone at the studio was very nice and it had a good environment that facilitated belonging, comfort, and confidence.

The perfect atmosphere and an incredible workout. I feel more in touch with my body post class. I will definitely be coming back! GREAT class for beginners
