すべてのレビューを表示I absolutely loved my time with Beck! She is so kind and the class was tiny, and that was the best part. Nothing about this class felt overwhelming. I was VERY nervous walking into it but Beck made me feel comfortable. I am not an avid workout person and this was my first class that got me moving again. It’s not too fast, not too slow it was just perfect. They have everything you need too, all you need to bring is yourself and your water! The studio is very clean and has such a welcoming vibe! I will be coming back!

Was fun and instructor asked me about my favorite workouts and incorporated my all time fave - jump board on the reformer! Felt like I got in some cardio, strength, and deep stretching. Love it !
