    Super Strength

    Loved Nia’s style of training and her class format. It’s everything I want in a workout class: super motivating/encouraging, fixes your form, personal, funny, and pushes you. She’s super present, engaged and comes in with so much energy. Rare to find a mix of all that these days. I don’t love morning workouts, but I definitely felt energized after her class.     This was great! I went to the 4pm time slot and ended up being the only person there so I got a ton of help from Ignacio. I’m really out of shape and he pushed me in such a good way. The class was challenging, but so fun and I definitely got an amazing workout. I strongly recommend visiting this gym!

    Alex was the best trainer I’ve ever had. This class was small but it was excellent because Alex was able to help all of us with our form as well as challenged us. I love the way he explains things and he created such a great bond with all the class members. The pace of the class was perfect.     This class was so GREAT. The class felt like I was having a 1:1 with a personal trainer. Candice was such a wonderful instructor. She corrected my form and explained so well what each move would do and how to do it. She was constantly checking in and asking how I was doing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CLASS !!
