    If this was a beginners class, I wonder what a regular or advanced class is like. Because it was challenging (in a good way) and I felt muscles I never knew existed shaking and burning, lol. Instructor Ysabel greeted me at the front, asked good questions like, “is this your first time & do you have any injuries?” Ysabel explained to me how to use the equipment and constantly corrected me on my form in class. I love how the instructor really focused on form and gave a modification option as well.

I love the way he explains things and he created such a great bond with all the class members. The pace of the class was perfect.
