    I had a great experience in the sculpt class with Matt. He’s a really strong instructor who explains form and technique thoroughly, making it easy to understand and follow along. He encourages you to lift as heavy as you want as long as your form stays correct, which makes the workout feel both safe and empowering. The ab work was especially amazing—really effective and well programmed. Overall, he has a welcoming presence and creates a supportive environment that makes you want to keep coming back.

    Great vibe of this place. A staff member was super friendly and showed me the facilities and where to store my stuff after I signed a waiver. Tae-Woo set a friendly tone immediately and had us introduce ourselves to one person we didn't know (but no forcing conversation beyond that). The workout was really solid, starting out with some dynamic stretching, then weights (slow, heavier, and intentional), then a cardio/movement with dumbbells/kettlebells and short runs. Tae-Woo easily subbed the SkiErg for the running for me due to a bad knee. It was chiller than other classes I've done but still really challenging (HR zones 2 to 5 by the last few rounds of the circuit. I'll definitely be back.

    Kay provided great instruction and encouragement for an early 6am class. Some parts were more challenging than others in the workout. Good pace of the class. The playlist was upbeat to keep us moving in the morning. Studio was clean with new equipment/weights but a bit hard to find in the dark as the curtains were drawn for privacy and is set back a bit. ClassPass instructors had the location info but I didn’t notice or think to look until after drinking around looking for it. I will definitely take this class again.

    I had an amazing experience in Colin’s rowing class at Crufit! His energy was infectious from start to finish and kept the entire room motivated and engaged. Colin is incredibly informative, he breaks down technique in a way that’s easy to understand while still pushing you to challenge yourself. You can tell he genuinely cares about proper form and helping everyone get the most out of the workout. I left feeling accomplished, energized, and excited to take another class with him.     This intro class was so fun. I really enjoyed myself. Tatyana was really energetic and friendly, really present and invested in our success. Like she would notice immediately if something seemed off or uncomfortable, and she would step in into troubleshoot. It was really fun to fly up, and lift off the ground, and I feel limber afterward. I actually worked up a sweat, and I'm not ordinarily a sweaty person. This was one of those workouts where you don't really realize that you're working out because you're just distracted by all of the fun that you're having. And Tatyana has great energy- it feels like she wants to be there and help you enjoy the class, really encouraging. Thanks!

Definitely challenging and adaptable to whatever level you’re at. 6am workout would let me get back in time to drive my kid to school and head in to work.
