CONS: Not the biggest fan of the padded floors and the room temp has barely been reaching 88F lately :/ Will keep going to Break Free, but I just hope they can work on better keeping the room as hot as it used to be

すべてのレビューを表示Really appreciate how nice everyone here is. I had some parking trouble as I had not been in this area before and they were super helpful and super patient!! The workout was pretty intense, but I expected it based on what other reviewers said. Plenty of modifications possible. Lots of different exercises I’ve never done before even after 200+ classes. There’s not too many mat pilates classes so I hope to return. This is the type of place I’d actually get a membership at.

Also love how she used all the props and encouraged everyone to listen to her cues. Leah is awesome, I’ll definitely be back for her yoga sculpt❤️

If you are lucky you will meet the studio manager Strawberry. She is the cutest manager ever. She definitely made my day.

Her energy, music, and attention to detail makes the workout both challenging and empowering. I left feeling stronger, confident, and motivated. I just booked out the entire month. Can’t wait to be back. If you’re not attending RF Studios YOU’RE SERIOUSLY MISSING OUT.

Now I do a combination or other trainings but when I saw this class on ClassPass I knew i had to make it to class. I loved every minute, every sweat, the environment and the training. The class is tough if you have ever done hitt or like cardio just beware it will kick your butt but so worth it!

The classes are super challenging and a great work out but there are always modifications available so it is great for all levels. All the instructors are great too but my favorite so far is definitely Amanda! She is friendly and helpful but also keeps things super upbeat and is very motivating during class. Can’t wait to keep coming back!
