Ive taken her class only twice but she’s attentive, demonstrates and works with you through each movement, walks around the whole class and is super clear with every transition. Not to mention my core somehow is always on fire not even 5 minutes into the class. I’m a little far so whenever I can make it out to libre, I will and for this class👏🏼💗

Idk if it’s bc the music is too loud, the echo, or his tone… but sometimes I was lost on what we were doing next (yikes!) Other than that, great class and will definitely book again!

Even when I’m taking a class with another coach I hear Em in my head pointing out how to fix my form if it’s something I have already done with her in one of her classes. She’s all about pumping you up, making sure your form is correct and giving you a great workout! If I see her name, I move all my other appointments around to attend her class because I know I’m going to get the most out of my workout and not be in pain afterwards. She’s all about providing a judgement free zone, answering questions if you have any without hesitation. She is also great with providing modifications if you have an injury. You can tell how passionate she is and how much she loves doing what she does!

It didnt feel as warm in the room as previous classes, but nothing to blame the instructor for. 10/10 class!

They had cold towels available for us after the class to cool down a bit. Very clean and maintained facility. I’d return and would recommend.

Aerial stretch was a perfect beginner friendly class for me as I wanted to get more comfortable with the silks. The class was nice and slow but I still managed to break a sweat halfway through. すべてのレビューを表示I was excited to take the ballet barre class and had been looking forward to it all weekend. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was told it had been changed to an upper body and abs class. That was really disappointing because it wasn't the class I had signed up for. I decided to stay since I was already there, and to be fair, the workout itself was good and the instructor had amazing energy. My only issue was that the schedule wasn't accurate. I recommend calling ahead to confirm the current class schedule before booking so you don't end up expecting a different workout than the one being offered.

I really enjoyed the use of all the props. It made the class complete. I hope we can repeat a similar sequence in the future.

The studio is such a beautiful sanctuary and you can tell the owner put so much thought and intention into everything. The staff and instructors are super welcoming and helpful. Sophia was our instructor for a power sculpt class and she put us to work! Loved her energy, her cues were clear and intentional, and her flow was tough and fun. Definitely recommend for everyone to visit and we will be back when we’re in town again for sure. Thank you :)

I am so sad this studio is closing and it was my first time there today. Brenda was an incredible teacher. I love how much she focused on the warm up and breathing throughout the entire class. It made such a different in the workout. I hope to find Brenda at other mat Pilates classes in the Gables/Grove area and I hope this studio opens up again soon!!
