Ive taken her class only twice but she’s attentive, demonstrates and works with you through each movement, walks around the whole class and is super clear with every transition. Not to mention my core somehow is always on fire not even 5 minutes into the class. I’m a little far so whenever I can make it out to libre, I will and for this class👏🏼💗

She introduced herself to everyone in class & asked everyone’s names, which I loved. She made the space feel really inclusive & I had a great, challenging workout! They had cold towels available for us after the class to cool down a bit. Very clean and maintained facility. I’d return and would recommend.

I am so sad this studio is closing and it was my first time there today. Brenda was an incredible teacher. I love how much she focused on the warm up and breathing throughout the entire class. It made such a different in the workout. I hope to find Brenda at other mat Pilates classes in the Gables/Grove area and I hope this studio opens up again soon!!
