Love that she also checks in with people throughout the class on making sure to hydrate in the heated room, form corrections to ensure your body is feeling the movement in the targeted spot, etc! She created an environment that felt safe, calming, and uplifting from start to finish. The class itself was amazing. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and genuinely happier than when I arrived. Katie guidance throughout the practice was thoughtful and encouraging, and I especially appreciated the hands-on adjustments. They were gentle, intentional, and really helped me deepen into the poses. You can tell she truly cares about her students and the experience she creates. Her energy is beautiful, and it shines through in every aspect of the class. It was the perfect way to end my Sunday and reset for the week ahead. I can’t wait to take another class with Katie💗

Tough but so encouraging & inspiring. You can tell he loves what he does. I did Nelson’s last week, what a joke. He thinks he’s so funny, but he’s not. Don’t let a full, big class fool you. The workout was just ok. Not here for clout. All the others just seem to have egos for the following, but frank is real, consistent, and just the best! Quality over quantity always! 🙏🏾🙌🏽💕

It didnt feel as warm in the room as previous classes, but nothing to blame the instructor for. 10/10 class!

I go here specifically to get in an insane workout for abs, quads, glute stabilizers specifically. FIRE PLAYLIST for real Miami people, iykyk. Rene just creates a cool vibe and pushes you to your limit in a caring way. Great to have this, in this part of town. There is a lot of easy parking around the corner.

Her voice is incredibly calming, and her yin flow and deep stretches melt you back into your own body a little more with every minute. The sound bath at the end was the perfect finishing touch. I walked out feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded than I have in a long time. I can’t wait to come back. ✨

They turn the lights to purple which creates a club vibe. Before you realize you burned a ton of calories and smiling the whole time. Definitely come check them out!!!!!
