すべてのレビューを表示I have to say, this is definitely one of the top-notch places I've ever exercised at. The atmosphere was incredibly friendly, and I had the opportunity to brush up on my Spanish skills. The instructor was extremely easy to approach, as he not only showed us every single movement but also made sure our form was correct and kept us motivated throughout the entire class. I absolutely adored how they seamlessly transitioned from the treadmill to weights and even included rowing machine. By the end of the session, I had burned a whopping 500 calories.

The instructor's energy is amazing; he kept the class motivated, engaged, had a great playlist, good transitions, and class was a great sweat. The bikes and the studio are also great. Not only was the music, dancing, and choreography on point, the atmosphere they created really transported you across the globe! There were costumes, bindis, henna, Indian snacks, a live drummer!! I could go to this class every month, please make it a regular event!!

I was shown around the studio and all the instructors there were so kind and inviting. I have taken a handful of dance classes at other places before and I never experienced the beginning of class starting with a gentle warmup of every joint in the body. That really made an impact on me right away and set the tone for the rest of the class. I was able to progress from having two left feet to learning a whole salsa dance routine with a partner. In just one class I left with more confidence in joy in my dancing and in myself. i will definitely be coming back!!

My practice had become very rusty over the years but she was quick to take a lot of that rust off quickly with careful instructions and posture corrections. What’s best is that it was a private class since others didn’t sign up or show up. I suggest this class highly to others but be warned that it’s no walk in the park (it is Ashtanga after-all) but you will feel comfortable. Namaste.

すべてのレビューを表示I enjoyed the class snd Bachata dance very much, everything was great, I had so much fun. The instructor was knowledgeable, amusing and a great dancer and teacher. The place was spacious, light, with awesome music and the people that were at the class were all nice as well. It was a big group which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. The only thing that I notice that didn't comply with Class pass was the time. I was expecting 1 hour but it lasted 45 minutes. Everything else was excellent.
