    Easy to follow along for a total newbie! Great instructions on proper form and stretching. TVs show the sets and recommended weights before you start, and then show the instructor once you get going which is helpful. The location doesn't have a front desk and there were no instructions walking in which was confusing - but once I got in the room it was fine.

    Amazing hard workout! My quads were crying my the end. Great mix of plyo, heavy lift, conditioning and strength. Really friendly folks in class, lot of camaraderie and focus on getting in a killer workout. Instructor had great energy and good cues. Would definitely come back. Prob not great for beginners as we just got right into it, but as a former college athlete, this felt like home. :)
