    I really enjoyed this workout. At first I was afraid my ADD mind wouldn’t be able to handle different workouts happening at the same time. But the instructor explained everything and checked in with me thru out the workout. In the end I felt like I got a great workout. It’s also two blocks from my apt. I’ll be back.

    Trampoline was SO MUCH FUN. It was a great combination of what felt like traditional step aerobics, but on the trampoline, along with strength exercises using weights with lunges, squats and arm work.     The training session was wonderful! First, Danny was extremely attentive and took time to explain, demonstrate and observe each exercise to ensure proper form. Second, the work out was dynamic and included the combination of strength, mobility, and cardio. Third, I appreciate the deep attentative to injuries. Modifications were provided with care, which honestly is far too often, not case in so many places. I’m excited to come back and would STRONGLY recommend. I think they do an excellent job providing tailored workouts to folks across the level of fitness and ability.

    Coach Zack is awesome! i’ve been coming to TH for two months now and love it. Part of the reason I gravitate to TH versus the million other classes in NYC is bc of their team of great coaches like Zack, who is just motivating, funny, and obviously an experienced athlete and mentor. If you’re a newcomer I’d also suggest him as one of the best choices to try first because he is consistent, literally every time, at clearly explaining instructions on each activity and physically demonstrating movements.
