    I love this class and Eddie ! He’s such a fun instructor. About halfway through class I tend to feel like “Oh god I can’t take this anymore,” and then a few minutes later I feel light and like I’m floating. A wonderful way to end your Monday before bed and begin the week. Also a confidence booster when you can just stare yourself in the eyes in the mirror and marvel at all your body can do.

One recommendation for the studio, if there could be a rule where people can’t bring in their phones at all, rather than telling them to put it on do not disturb. Also, for people who have Apple watches or devices that light up, asking them to put it on theater mode seems not enough recently, so many are lit up and distracting in class, maybe ask people to remove those or if they see it light up again to ask them to turn it off or take it off? I have asked a couple people, but it breaks my flow.

    Excellent flow and energy in this class. Instructions were clear and instructor seamlessly blended demonstrating moves and intermittently circulating around the room to check on form. I briefly shared my own limitations just before class and she called out modifications that worked throughout the class. Gaining muscle tone & strength and becoming leaner which besides the positive vibe here keeps me coming back.     Tashon and Nancy are building an incredible community. Classes are lively, fun, and challenging but you always feel like you’re a part of a team. I take their classes at least once a week and always see first-timers coming away with huge smiles. The regulars keep coming back because no class is the same. It doesn’t hurt to punch away the stress of NYC. Give Originae a try, I promise you’ll love it.

    This was my first class with Liz and she was amazing. Lots of hands-on instruction when needed, met me where I was at with my ability level, and was also a great hype-person. Super fun class!
