Loved this format as it was different than other yoga classes and also great as a stretch and reset type of class. I must say I also love that someone was using their phone and they got called out, so important to not have the energy in the room! Will be back soon and am bringing a friend! Excited to try the other class formats!

すべてのレビューを表示Barry’s is not my exercise of choice but I’ve been trying to do a class every week (I am NOT a cardio person). Alycia is one of the most skilled fitness instructors I’ve ever had. I push myself in ways I don’t in other people’s classes. I also never feel like I have to increase my speed in this class just because other people are. There are other Barry’s instructors who really push everyone beyond their limits (especially the OGs) to a place where it might not be the healthiest, but she doesn’t. I’d take all my running averse friends to her class just so that they can see it’s not that bad after all!! Can’t wait to go back. Go to her class… you might still hate running, but you’ll find that it’s finally accessible!!

すべてのレビューを表示Great workout. The large reformers are harder for my small build, i prefer the smaller ones but still a good workout. I just wished we could see the instructor better if you’re along the edges but I understand that’s the only layout of the reformers that would work.

すべてのレビューを表示The instructors seem to act as air traffic controllers more than coaches. their main purpose seems to be to read the screen and then guide you to the next station, because the flow is otherwise incredibly confusing. In a class with two instructors I didn’t see either of them give a single correction or note to a full class of people. F45 is like the Cava of workout classes. It’s solid and reliable but also uninspiring and somewhat bland. It basically feels like doing a workout video in a class environment.

すべてのレビューを表示Amazing class and instructor! I had only done hot yoga once before and many years ago, but this class was great for beginners. The heat is definitely something to get used to, and the sweat is crazy. Bring a towel (unless it’s your first time and then you get to use one of theirs for free) and wear leggings/pants! My legs were so slippery from the sweat that it was hard to do some of the poses. Definitely coming back!!

すべてのレビューを表示I had a great time! While I didn’t know the general routine of things in this gym my first time there, I picked it up fairly easily. Instructions are demonstrated, and then if you forgot immediately like I do, there are videos of the moves playing on the walls. There are multiple instructors who come around to offer pointers and encouragement. I had to rummage around the gym at times to find lighter weights for some exercises, but aside from that it went really well! We all worked up a sweat and I know I left with a smile.

Suggestion to repurpose the horizontal monitors to also show the exercises - it’s really hard to see the vertical monitors from way across the room.

Really friendly folks in class, lot of camaraderie and focus on getting in a killer workout. Instructor had great energy and good cues. Would definitely come back. Prob not great for beginners as we just got right into it, but as a former college athlete, this felt like home. :)

I think I’ll be more mindful about doing Lagree Pilates 2 days prior in the future because my body still hadn’t fully recovered making this class harder as well. That aside, you will definitely get in a good workout here and leave with sore muscles. I always appreciate when instructors offer to help you correct form but don’t make you feel pressured to do more than you can especially if it’s clear you’re trying but can’t complete the sets. Megan was encouraging and knowledgeable as well and at times knew how to throw in a few jokes.
