One of the very rare spin instructors who is hyper aware of the well-being of students - helping to have good and proper form whilst still pushing us to be better, be conscious of where we are that day and set intentions and leaving the place with much gratitude! The previous routines had started to feel a bit repetitive, but this new set is challenging and engaging. I could definitely feel the intensity throughout the class, and I'm confident I burned a ton of calories. I felt amazing after the class and my energy levels were boosted significantly. すべてのレビューを表示It’s my first time joining F45. I was pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable it was. Typically, my daily workouts can become a bit monotonous, so I didn't expect to have such a positive experience. I was moved that the 2 male and 1 female trainer, were incredibly kind and respectful, allowing me to move at my own pace within that 60 min. Despite being representatives of a major brand, they didn’t push me too hard, which really demonstrated their expertise in circuit coaching. The crowd was lovely, they are enthusiastic and might be a bit of a handful and I can understand why, because they are excited for the workout. I am not sure how the F45 trainers do 4-5 circuit classes in a day, it requires a lot of hard work and immense patience.

I couldn't believe I ended up tangled in the silks by the end. I now can't sit up anymore, that's how much my abs hurt 😅 I'll definitely be back.
