    It’s pretty challenging yet a good work out esp if u really wanna train ur core. Im a first timer - usually do reformer pilates so i found some movements similar, not too difficult to follow. Instructor does along with us as she teaches so no personal adjustment. Instructor is clear and friendly.

    it’s giving military camp BUT I LOVE IT. will come back for Kate definitely. Appreciate if the mats are not so near each other & if the studio keep a cap for late comers tho, joining in during warm ups is fine, but its a little distracting when ppl come in mid way (i think we were almost halfway done)

    Today was my first time trying the Hot Mat Pilates class, and I didn't expect to sweat so much! 😊 I felt my muscles relax and stretch out after the workout, which was a great feeling. A big thank you to Eunice for her attentive guidance and encouragement throughout the class. The environment was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. I really enjoyed the experience and will definitely be coming back again! 💕🧘‍♀️✨

    FIR Hot Shape Up 远红外线热塑形瑜伽

    Instructor is really friendly, chill, and motivating. Some of the movements were challenging and definitely required full-body strength and flexibility. If you couldn’t do a movement, she would cheer you on, help you adjust your form, and never push you beyond your limits.
