    Awesome class as always! Nadia’s instructions are always super clear. One of the very rare spin instructors who is hyper aware of the well-being of students - helping to have good and proper form whilst still pushing us to be better, be conscious of where we are that day and set intentions and leaving the place with much gratitude! Been to other classes in other gyms and seen pushes that could cause injury. If you’re new, definitely try this class out!

    Shafiq’s class is amazing as always. Super clear instructions, interesting and fun steps and song selections are also pumping. I like his energy.. His class is a bit on the faster pace but definitely worth it. 45 mins seems so short whenever I’m in his class.

    This class was fantastic! The instructor really shook things up this time, and I'm so glad. The previous routines had started to feel a bit repetitive, but this new set is challenging and engaging. I could definitely feel the intensity throughout the class, and I'm confident I burned a ton of calories. I felt amazing after the class and my energy levels were boosted significantly. Zikri was incredibly motivating and kept the energy high throughout the class. Highly recommend giving it a try!"

    The Riddler

    It’s my first time joining F45. I was pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable it was. Typically, my daily workouts can become a bit monotonous, so I didn't expect to have such a positive experience. I was moved that the 2 male and 1 female trainer, were incredibly kind and respectful, allowing me to move at my own pace within that 60 min. Despite being representatives of a major brand, they didn’t push me too hard, which really demonstrated their expertise in circuit coaching. The crowd was lovely, they are enthusiastic and might be a bit of a handful and I can understand why, because they are excited for the workout. I am not sure how the F45 trainers do 4-5 circuit classes in a day, it requires a lot of hard work and immense patience.

    It was my first session and Terrence was very assuring, assisted me with the right way of carrying the weights. Had an amazing 45-minute session! The perfect mix of resistance training and cardio worked every muscle in my body. The workout was intense, energizing, and left me feeling accomplished. Highly recommend it for a full-body burn!

    Important note: You need to bring your own equipment and weights. The location is upstairs of Bangsar Sports Complex (take the stairs next to the gym). The class has a lot of regulars and her workout is very functional based - lots of reps to guarantee a good burn, and very doable for all fitness levels. Sabby is awesome and I love her energy!
