    An early but energetic class that is a great way to kickstart the day! Even for a fast paced class like Hyrox with many people, Jon is attentive in checking everyone's forms and even pushing people to do more as he see fit (got me to add weights!). A caring and dedicated coach that remembers everyone, even if you're not a regular. Programs are always different and varied, but really pushes you - that sometimes, my shoulder and arms hurt when I go shower after class.

    An epic retirement. Ride filled with lots of emotion. Most bikes I’ve seen in the ride room. Happily on a side bike I got to see raw emotion - from Dan, and many of the riders. Tears were shed. Music was spot on. He’s talented, I hope he decides to come out of retirement someday. I was there on day one of the studio’s opening - and I don’t think anyone else in the class was, which I guess shows growth and reaching new people! Everyone’s got their own story, but I’m sure a lot of people gained a heck of a lot of confidence from riding with Dan. From fly to pwr, maybe it’s just a see you later!

    Absolutely loved the energy in class. It works well for beginners, intermediate, and advanced riders since Line gives different options throughout the ride. You can even take it as an active recovery class if you want something lighter. Also, this is honestly the most beautiful studio I’ve been to in KL so far clean and spotless space, incredible sound system, and lighting that creates such a good vibe. :)

    I’ve attended Jack’s classes several times, and every session has been a great experience. He is patient, approachable, and takes the time to explain movements and techniques clearly, making sure everyone understands what they’re doing. What stands out most is how attentive he is throughout the class. He constantly checks on all participants, corrects form when needed, and ensures everyone is training safely and effectively. At the same time, he knows how to motivate and push people beyond their comfort zones without making the workout feel overwhelming. His programming is challenging, well-structured, and definitely makes you work hard, but it’s always achievable and suitable for different fitness levels. Every class leaves me feeling accomplished and stronger. What I also appreciate is that Jack doesn’t just teach, he genuinely leads by example. He is highly capable and can perform the movements and workouts himself at a very impressive level. It’s clear that he has both the knowledge and the experience, which gives me a lot of confidence in his coaching. Overall, Jack is a knowledgeable, supportive, and motivating coach who creates a positive training environment while helping people improve and get the most out of every session. Highly recommended.
