Definitely not beginner friendly, but if you’re intermediate/advanced & want a good workout, Nevidy’s class is the place to go! Love how she encourages us to continue but if we just couldn’t anymore, she was also nice about it 😅

Before I feel yoga is quite challenging with me but the instructor is very patient and helpful so I feel happy when finishing this class. Recommend you guys WhatsApp the studio to know the way to head up the room. Thankfully for having this class after long workday with computer ^^

すべてのレビューを表示I thoroughly enjoyed the class. Felicia (instructor) placed importance on the right technique instead of pushing beyond what my body was capable of doing. I felt very relaxed in this class and not tensed (Felicia also kept reminding me to relax my shoulders). Will definitely go back.
