    Mindful Power Flow with Sound Bath

    Good relaxing pace and good stretches. Everyone could do at. a level that suited them and teacher was encouraging and went around to check postures. Having a sound bath at the end was nice too.

    [Day] Reformer • Sculpt Abs & Arms

    Pretty tough class, even for someone who does pilates regularly. Definitely not beginner friendly, but if you’re intermediate/advanced & want a good workout, Nevidy’s class is the place to go! Love how she encourages us to continue but if we just couldn’t anymore, she was also nice about it 😅

    Great class. My favs place for pilates. Unlike some instructor joo ee is not intimidating, knows when to push. When to hold back. Downside is very hard to boon through classpass. U basicly need to be really fast and turn on your notification to see any availability.

    Raj's class is awesome as usual but the receptionist needs to be more welcoming to everyone instead of the "chosen ones" it was like that one year ago with the previous Filipino girl and til now it's the same with another one. Ruins an otherwise great yoga session.

    This is the first time I try Yin yoga quite relaxing and gently stretching. Before I feel yoga is quite challenging with me but the instructor is very patient and helpful so I feel happy when finishing this class.     Gentle Yoga

    I thoroughly enjoyed the class. Felicia (instructor) placed importance on the right technique instead of pushing beyond what my body was capable of doing. I felt very relaxed in this class and not tensed (Felicia also kept reminding me to relax my shoulders). Will definitely go back.
