すべてのレビューを表示I went in with absolutely zero experience, a lot of fear, and Andrew has curated the most welcoming space for everyone. Everyone in this gym shows up to be better while being respectful to their training partners, and Andrew has exceptional judgement in how to teach. Somehow he’s created the safest place to be choked out (lol).

すべてのレビューを表示Awesome atmosphere! I tried the morning Jiu-Jitsu class for the first time, and everyone was super friendly, respectful, and welcoming. The coaches were very informative, patient, and willing to help as I figured things out. One tip: wear leggings! I learned the hard way and ended up with some mat burn on my knees. Definitely part of the experience, though! 😂 Overall, I had a great time and left feeling stronger, more confident, and like I actually learned something. Definitely stepped outside my comfort zone but it was worth it. I’ll absolutely be back for another class!

Had a little bit of training in other arts prior but the environment definitely allows for beginners and intermediates to get in good work and obtain new knowledge. Highly recommend if you are in the area and interested in martial arts.
