I typically practice hot yoga that is focused a lot of athleticism and it was lovely to practice today in a way that felt more connected to the truth of asana. The teacher was knowledgeable and provided good verbal cues and adjustments as well as hands on. Will definitely return when I'm in town again.

すべてのレビューを表示i wasn’t sure if i would enjoy the virtual teacher thing as i’ve tried it a couple times in the past and it’s never worked for me. but something about the space and the video i chose really worked! the front desk person set me up well, i was the only person using the room and was sweaty after a 30 minute vid. i’ll be back!

すべてのレビューを表示This was my first sound bath ever. I walked away feeling very relaxed. I will say I think I’d prefer a little bit of guided breath and meditation paired with it. The only down side was someone ended up snoring next to me (good for him but not for me lol) But overall really cool experience and love this studio space everyone is so kind and welcoming!
