すべてのレビューを表示The instructor was friendly and had a calming presence. I enjoyed her guidance through the stretching poses. I would recommend this class to Yoga beginners who don’t want a challenge . Personally, I was hoping to be challenged a bit more. Maybe I’ll try an intermediate or advanced level yoga class and hope it’s a better fit.

すべてのレビューを表示loved this class so much !! You can tell the class and studio has so many regulars and the instructor does an amazing job at building a community. I walked in about two minutes late and class had started but the receptions walked me through what they were doing and walked me into the class and introduced me which made me feel very welcomed. It definitely made me step out of my comfort zone and the end of the class where we all dance with no care in the world and like no one was watching but it ended up being my favorite part of the class afterwards! it brought this sense of womanhood that felt so safe and free. I left feeling renewed and light and full of energy!!

Master Kyle taught us a variety of fundamental techniques, including breakfalls, kicks, and throws, carefully guiding us through each one step by step. His demonstrations were clear, and he explained everything in a way that made it easy for complete beginners to understand and follow along. I especially appreciated the calm and supportive atmosphere of the class. Rather than focusing on competition or using excessive force, everyone practiced the techniques in a smooth and controlled way so that we could learn safely without hurting one another. Master Kyle was very kind, patient, and attentive throughout the class. I highly recommend this class, especially for anyone who is new to martial arts!

I just wish there were less talking and constant jokes. it's great to lighten the mood in the class but not take up the actual focus of it all. I also found it strange that the instructor played Beetles for the entire class. it's great during warmups or introductions but throughout the entire lesson feels contradictory to the actual training session of martial arts.
