It kept the class fun, challenging, and engaging the entire time. Coach Sean was great and did a good job keeping the energy up and making the class easy to follow, even as a first-timer. I left feeling accomplished and like I got a REALLY good workout in. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

There was a lot to learn and they dedicated some time for me to learn some of the basics aside from the rest of the class. I would definitely take their class again and recommend a friend to join.

We were able to spar, which I thought was extremely helpful cause we were actually able to gauge our strengths and weaknesses.
