It really pushed me out of my comfort zone because I didn’t know what I was doing and I felt uncomfortable but excited because I learn best out of my comfort zone. The front desk was very helpful in going over the membership with me. Also the protein bars were super good the best I’ve ever tasted lol I’m excited to try the other classes.

I chose to try out this gym primarily to learn self-defense, as I've always had an interest in martial arts. It was my first time ever learning jujitsu, I was worried that my friend and I would be the only beginner ones and we were but there was 2 coaches and one of them took his time to teach just us the basic of jujitsu. My friend and I had so much fun. Thank you guys . I’ll be coming back

As the only female in the gym that class i felt very comfortable. I absolutely loved the class and will be back! Truly believe it is a great workout with added on self defense techniques!

It is a fast paced class and you need to come ready to workout. The coaches were very helpful and quick to explain how to get into the routine. Would recommend to come with some basic boxing knowledge to really enjoy the class and get the most out of it. It’s at 10/10 for me

Apart from that, the recreation center had a lunar new years festival going on and couldn’t fond the business any where else at the building even with help. The number thats also stated in description isn’t in service. I called instead the number on apple maps which was a customer representative but still couldn’t help me find my class. Waste of time, energy and points.
