The instructor was very instructive and full of energy. The environment was great and my fellow boxing members were so intense and focused. I loved it!

すべてのレビューを表示First timer 🥊I took Boxing 45 with Sean. Best cardio workout I've gotten in a long while. I enjoyed having abs at the end of the workout as the cherry on top. Sean was an awesome guide. He was motivating, technical, yet very graceful for my first time. I will definitely be back!

すべてのレビューを表示This was my first time doing kickboxing ever. The gym was spacious and the instructor was very patient while she taught me new moves. The music was great and they offered refrigerated towels at the end of class to cool everyone down. 10/10 will be going again!

It really pushed me out of my comfort zone because I didn’t know what I was doing and I felt uncomfortable but excited because I learn best out of my comfort zone. The front desk was very helpful in going over the membership with me. Also the protein bars were super good the best I’ve ever tasted lol I’m excited to try the other classes.

It is a fast paced class and you need to come ready to workout. The coaches were very helpful and quick to explain how to get into the routine.
