すべてのレビューを表示Okay I don’t do kettlebells, but I guess I do now because this class was so excellent. Zevi led us through a series of progressive compound movements with the kettlebells, and I was absolutely dripping with sweat by the middle of class (sorry not sorry to whomever uses my mat later today). I loved the variety of props we used and also how the sequences challenged my brain to remember multiple movements in the sequence. SO good and of course the studio has the beautiful natural light and vibe as all the other The Studio Bes. My morning is now off to an amazing start, and I have Zevi to thank for this. Super grateful for this class, and I’ll be back!

すべてのレビューを表示I really enjoyed the flow of this class. It was challenging but accessible. Enjoyed Kat’s energy, she is calming and inclusive. One of my favorite classes I have taken in Houston. Will be back.

すべてのレビューを表示elizabeth was really nice! i was a total noob to this and she helped a lot. the class was full of nice people as well, but all very advanced i would say. it was nice to watch them to better understand the exercises. 10/10 would attend again
