The experience was quite lovely, moving and relaxing. I'm pretty sure I fell asleep. We were told memories of our last may come up, weirdly a clear, palpable vision of my childhood appeared as I slept. The only thing I will say is that whilst it was lovely we were given extra time, my parking had run out and could be fine!

Excellent class. So tough yet enjoyable. Gaurav is a tough and also very caring instructor. He gently encouraged and held the room (and some of us who can't balance), whilst challenging us. Loved it.

Renée was an excellent coach—attentive, engaged, and you can truly feel that she cares about every participant in the class. Her instructions were clear, and she took the time to go around and make sure everyone was doing everything correctly. Overall, it was a fantastic session, and she’s a great coach. I’ll definitely be returning to her classes.
