すべてのレビューを表示5 stars for Lisa! Really enjoyed her Mat Pilates class. I especially appreciate that she did not allow filming during the session. It makes the class feel more comfortable and respectful for everyone. The front desk staff are also very accommodating. The lockers have individual codes, which is definitely a plus. There’s also a small area where you can get drinks, coffee, and matcha. The whole studio has a clean, aesthetic vibe. Overall, a very good experience!

As a first timer I wasn’t given any instructions on where to go, place my items or where the toilet is etc. Otherwise good - class started on time and was a lovely experience thank you.

If you ever think, “she’s not watching, I’ll just wing this one,” think again 😂 She notices everything, corrects your form and makes sure you’re actually doing the movement properly💪. There’s no getting away with doing things halfway, and I genuinely appreciate that 🫶 You can tell she’s fully aware of what’s happening throughout the session. Highly recommend!🏆

The movements were easy to follow but still challenging enough to keep it interesting. I really enjoyed it and will definitely be back!
