She allocated time for stretching at the end of the class which I feel alot of instructors often skip. I will be back for sure.Thank you girl 💗! The instructor explained everything clearly, demonstrated each movement well, and made sure to give every participant individual attention to execute the exercises correctly. She also provided thoughtful adjustments for both beginners and more advanced participants. I came in with back pain and a very tense body, but by the end of the session I felt so much more relaxed and relieved. I also really appreciated how engaging you were throughout the class—it kept me motivated and focused the whole time. I especially loved how you counted us through each movement and kept us on track with perfect timing. It made the class so much easier to follow and really helped me stay connected to every exercise. She is a brilliant instructor with an incredible depth of knowledge. Not only is she highly flexible and technically skilled, but she also has a unique talent for breaking down difficult movements into achievable steps. Most importantly, she is exceptionally supportive and patient and bubbly. If you want a trainer who is genuinely invested in your progress, Sally is the best choice!
