Directions were good, they answered the phone to answer questions and it was easy enough to find. They have parking and validate your ticket for you I give it 5/5 stars. My only feedback is I feel they should provide towels for free but I know to bring my own next time if I don’t want to pay 30aed to borrow one of theirs!

I came in with back pain and a very tense body, but by the end of the session I felt so much more relaxed and relieved. I also really appreciated how engaging you were throughout the class—it kept me motivated and focused the whole time. I especially loved how you counted us through each movement and kept us on track with perfect timing. It made the class so much easier to follow and really helped me stay connected to every exercise. Thank you for such a wonderful session. I can’t wait to come back!

We were told memories of our last may come up, weirdly a clear, palpable vision of my childhood appeared as I slept. The only thing I will say is that whilst it was lovely we were given extra time, my parking had run out and could be fine!

Body awaking techniques, dynamic natural body moves and finished by shivasana with sound healing instruments! Also instructor and members very really friendlY and humble.
