すべてのレビューを表示Love the studio. The instructor is great but not my preferred class as the sequence was on the easier side and there were a lot of breaks. However, the heat definitely made up for it as it felt hotter than usual which I preferred. I only wish he would have turned off the brighter overhead lights as I was blinded every time I looked up.

Google maps location tends to be confusing, highly recommend texting them directly to get the directions,the receptionist was very helpful on the phone and he shared with me a video on what’s app as I was lost trying to find the entrance. Overall great reformer class and looking forward to try the advanced classes as well .

I loved this class bit you need to know it’s not a workout, it’s more of a mindful relaxation session. Which is honestly exactly what most of us need more than we think. Instructor was super nice , I like how patients she was with us , she was very supportive ,allowing us time to learn the process . About the class room I fell if it was held in a brighter room could have been a fantastic experience over all. Later at the relaxing stage we can get the curtains down.
