すべてのレビューを表示Okay so here’s the tea. If you’re a beginner your eyes might bulge as the instructor is showing each exercise. You probably won’t be the only one who will need a modification because all of them are Spartans. BUT it wasn’t awkward. Everyone was supportive. Maybe I’m into self deprecation because it was actually fun. Anyways, that’s the tea. You should try it out. (Evan the instructor was great and patient)

I learned everything from scratch, the coach was super patient with us and took us through everything step by step. Definitely going back!

すべてのレビューを表示Facilities were good, they have maybe 90% of the machines you need, also have a room with some boxing bags (which is free to use unless there’s a session). It’s not the newest gym, or the best looking, but great place for a quick sesh

すべてのレビューを表示Simply Fantastic. From the gym itself to the steam room, the jacuzzi and the shower room, relaxation room. It was just brilliant. The staff was extremely helpful showing me around at the start when I arrived to show me where all the facilities are. Overall, a great experience.

すべてのレビューを表示I love this gym. Awesome coaches who will always push you to improve both mentally and physically. The location is perfect too. Just in front of a tram station and loads of parking spaces around the area (free parking after 6pm). I highly recommend this gym.
