It was my first ever Muay Thai class; didn't realise it wasn't really for complete beginners but it was still an amazing session! Everyone was super accommodating and friendly and Coach Rodney was super helpful. Would definitely come back here again!

This session was actually the first Runners Strength class which is coming to the timetable. Awesome class geared towards building strength for runners and with Hyrox being announced in the region soon. It’s great for those training for race day. Ross was great as always. As a coach myself, I only train with coaches who I respect in the business and Ross is one of the best in the game 🫡

Hanan is by far one of the best instructors I’ve ever met. Her energy is insanely contagious and her sessions are always exactly what I need. I have been going to her pilates sessions since April and the difference it has made to my body is unbelievable. She knows exactly when to push and her feedback is always spot on. I never thought I could even be capable of. She knows exactly how to help you reach your goals. She made me fall in love with pilates.
