The extra efforts made by the studio and Purva herself - from weighted eye masks, blankets, energy cards and even a gorgeous scented balm to calm the senses - really made the class one of a kind for me. And of course, she is very skilled with the sound healing instruments, which is the main thing. I’m already looking forward to next time!

The movements pushed me in the best way, but still felt intentional and controlled rather than overwhelming. Andrea was an excellent coach — he kept the energy high, gave clear guidance, and made sure everyone felt encouraged and motivated throughout the class.

Directions were good, they answered the phone to answer questions and it was easy enough to find. They have parking and validate your ticket for you I give it 5/5 stars. My only feedback is I feel they should provide towels for free but I know to bring my own next time if I don’t want to pay 30aed to borrow one of theirs!

I came in with back pain and a very tense body, but by the end of the session I felt so much more relaxed and relieved. I also really appreciated how engaging you were throughout the class—it kept me motivated and focused the whole time. We were told memories of our last may come up, weirdly a clear, palpable vision of my childhood appeared as I slept. The only thing I will say is that whilst it was lovely we were given extra time, my parking had run out and could be fine!

Even though some of the movements required really complex coordination and were difficult to pull off, Keris explained everything so clearly and took the time to make corrections whenever necessary. The music was incredible, the lighting was incredible, and the whole atmosphere made the experience even better. Overall, a super Pilates class and a genuinely great experience.
