The instructor is very good and gives alot of attention to students. Provides adjustments, moves around to show the posture correctly and even call you by your name. Highly recommend.

Body awaking techniques, dynamic natural body moves and finished by shivasana with sound healing instruments! Also instructor and members very really friendlY and humble. I recommend and will come back again!

The session included a great review of the foundational poses, stretching, core engagement, and guided breathwork. It was well-paced, accessible, and left me feeling refreshed. I really enjoyed it and would happily take this class again.

すべてのレビューを表示I really liked the instructor, she was kind and friendly. Unfortunately she was substituting, so I didn’t get to try the chair as I wanted, but the workout on the reformer was great! Not too challenging, but just right for a beginners class. The only thing I disliked is having to walk through the heat to the studio. The aesthetics of the studio are very nice.
