すべてのレビューを表示Chela is awesome! She is such a charismatic Zumba instructor who makes class enjoyable and challenging. I’ve experienced my fair share of good and bad Zumba instructors, and Chela definitely embodies all of the good. Really liked this class. Lots of space and natural light in the fitness room. I’ve done Zumba many times before so it wasn’t too hard to follow along with minimal instructor cues. Zumba is all about moving and having fun so there’s no worry about getting all the moves right. Good music and energy all around.

I can see that the owner really values what gym goers need to feel happy during their workout and everything here is catered to you and modern. It’s a mid sized gym with amenities like theragun for your sore muscles, wet towels, mouthwash in the changing rooms, great showers, and a little lounge area. Loved all the TVs with different channels by the cardio machines also for variety. I felt really welcomed and will definitely return again! 🤍🫶

Recently, she has been including an arm balancing series that is challenging but fun and doable with practice. Highly recommend! It's unfortunate that I'm moving otherwise this would be my regular Tuesday morning class.

Cons: the kettlebell options were limited (nothing lighter than 10lbs for straight-arm front raises); the training took place in the lower level of the studio which is like a dark dungeon, super depressing after a whole workday indoors. Don’t know why we didn’t use the upper level which has a wall of windows for natural light.

I don’t know if it’s because the crowd is more experienced in life or what but people actually talked to each other. That is SO hard to find in any other place. I have been here for 15 years and I still feel lonely and like people don’t actually care for each other at all. Here it felt good. Also, the trainer had good cueing so it is an injury free place. すべてのレビューを表示Instructor was super kind - helped modify for my knee and constantly checked in to make sure I was ok. Cute dog named Flex too and lots of equipment. It was an awesome workout and great music. The two things I didn’t love are A) the group of women also taking the class gave the vibe of judgmental / not super friendly b) there was not multiple weight options so everyone had to use the same weight no matter the ability which as a Physical therapist I noticed is not great for form.
