    I was visiting Boston and picked up this class but I loved it! The equipment is great and this class was hard a lot of fast songs but with considerable resistance that really made me feel like I was getting a strong workout. I also really liked that they had a wider range of hand weights. Jill was a great instructor and her queuing was well timed but felt varied throughout class so I was never tuning it out.

    As someone who takes a billion classes and teaches myself, I was impressed with this instructor! I love that she took the time before class knowing I was "new" to the studio to 1.) personally introduce herself 2.) give a clear explanation of what class would be like 3.) recommend best spots in the room if you like/dislike the heat. I am a fitness professional myself and I see so many instructors miss this opportunity to connect & create a great class experience for new people in the room. She also intentionally remembered by name to call out during class (which seems nominal), but is easier said than done in a room full of 30+ people while you're also remembering your class plan. Really nice work Marlee!!! From one instructor to another...Keep it up!!!👏🏻

    Cam had all the energy for this 7 am class. Was in Boston for work and this studio was just down the street. Recommend bringing a separate set of shoes as there is a “no outside shoes” policy. Full set of lockers and locker/shower rooms if you need that. Music was the perfect tone and beat for what was a WORKOUT. For those familiar with Studio Three - reminded me of 3 x 3.     Fantastic studio. What I really loved is the vegan cafe attached to the yoga studio. It creates a really nice experience, and the food is great. The juices looked really good too.
