The studio had the perfect temperature to get a good sweat, creating an environment that was both invigorating and challenging. The instructor was exceptional—knowledgeable, motivating, and attentive, guiding us through a series of poses with clear instructions and encouraging adjustments. I’ll be back :) best yoga classes in the area by far!

Instructor talks pretty fast but there likely will be experienced class attendees in the room to watch as an excellent visual reference. Overall, welcoming place and recommend giving it a try if you’re curious what the practice is all about!

すべてのレビューを表示I would definitely recommend getting there early for your first class - they are super helpful explaining everything and getting you set up with spin shoes and adjusting the bike to your height and arm length. This is a full body workout! Not just cycling but also crunches and weights for a little arm workout in the middle. At first it was a little overwhelming because it was louder than I expected and I didn’t know they would turn off the lights for parts of the workout - but the class grew on me as it went and I ended up loving it! Also, they provide ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise.

It’s basically mini circuits alternating between treadmill and floor / weights. The big factor is the vibe - space / music / atmosphere and Gio’s instruction!

I’ve taken so many spin classes at so many studios and Rachel is consistently challenging you to push past where you think your limits are but also giving your body grace- I have become such a stronger rider because of Rachel’s classes, she’s an exceptional coach. From 2 years ago barely being able to keep up and get out of the saddle and now doing all the choreography and pushes!

すべてのレビューを表示I loved this class. I am a single Mom who after having my daughter and going through a divorce, stopped exercising all together. That was 14 years ago. Now due to lots of health complications, I need to come back to an exercise routine. I am extremely happy that I ended up taking this class. Keri is a tough teacher, but her energy and level of excitement is exactly what I needed. She has motivated me to plan to do this regularly. She is the drill Sargent I needed and I am planning to take her classes 3 times a week. I will be there tomorrow for her next class.

The ArkeTONE machine looks like a beast, but the instructor provided instructions throughout class. I appreciated that she also offered modifications for the various exercises too. Don’t be fooled— the movements may be slow, but they are very challenging. Not only did I feel sore by the end of class, I also felt strong!
