    The studio was large and absolutely beautiful. Staff were also friendly and welcoming. Meredith was a great instructor, fully explaining each pose and giving modifications to make flow easier/more challenging. The only critique I have is the size of the class; they should definitely cap the class at a few less people so we can at least have arms length distance from the next person.

    I love Ivo’s cycling class so much that rain, sleet, snow, or sun- I’ll travel to take his class. Call me Carole King because I’ll be there.     STUDIO-A: Sunrise Sculpt/Renvil

    Super fun! Renvil is so nice and welcoming, and gave the class a positive focused atmosphere. If i lived here i’d attend regularly, it’s a solid full-body workout that you can adjust to any intensity with varying weights. I loved his pop playlist too hahaha

    Love this studio and all the instructors!! I really wish the other students in this class silenced their phones. Someone’s phone went off twice during the end of class, and it was not even on vibrate. Hopefully the teachers can try to enforce a phone free zone in the future but it’s hard to police everyone. Everyone should be able to turn off their phone for an hour and if it’s an emergency pls just keep your phone on vibrate to ensure a distraction free space for the community

    Emma was an excellent instructor — she explained everything clearly and also demonstrated moves very well. She was really encouraging and kept me motivated while at the same time made me feel comfortable going at a pace/with the weight level that worked for me. I also liked that she called out how much time we had left for a given exercise, counting down at the end - I find this really helps me push myself as I know there’s an end in sight! 😅 Definitely recommend!

    This was a wonderfully challenging class. Rinara was great at making each move accessible and showing you how to ramp it up. I also appreciated that this isn't a heated class. I was warm but didn't break too much of a sweat and that's quite important for a girl with natural hair. Definitely recommend trying this out!

    I really wanna gatekeep so the classes remain tiny but I won't because I believe in them!! And think they should get so much business (&mula) ! My second class with Shannon really cemented Mats being a hidden gem for me. After trying out countless other classes with trainers/instructors of varying skill sets, price points, and motivations, this is truly the best find yet! The instructor is warm, thoughtful, considerate, yet motivating and using evidence-based *intuitive* cues to make sure we're always checking in on our bodies. The mindfulness of the instructor really pushed the bar for me 😳💕 I've never been so consistent with my routine than with the team here. Thanks Mats!
