    I loved this class. I am a single Mom who after having my daughter and going through a divorce, stopped exercising all together. That was 14 years ago. Now due to lots of health complications, I need to come back to an exercise routine. I am extremely happy that I ended up taking this class. Keri is a tough teacher, but her energy and level of excitement is exactly what I needed. She has motivated me to plan to do this regularly. She is the drill Sargent I needed and I am planning to take her classes 3 times a week. I will be there tomorrow for her next class.

    Andrea was so good! She pays attention to form and is very helpful and motivating! I loved that there wasn’t so many people because that way you feel the trainer is paying attention to you. I’m from out of state but whenever I’m in town I’ll definitely be coming here. Excited for more classes!

    Gianny is a great and engaging instructor. When you’re new he makes sure you pick the right weights and # of reps for where you’re at. And even if you’ve been there before he watches everyone and provides corrections in your form. At the beginning of each set of exercises he walks through exactly how to do it. It’s great even for newbies although I would say it helps to know a bit about how to work with weights.
