すべてのレビューを表示The best coach ever if you need form corrections- she has such a keen and intentional eye that I genuinely feel proud of my growth when she sees me do a move and doesn't have any constructive criticism, because she's helped me grow SO much! I fully trust if I'm doing any move where I can improve that I will be spotted and guided through how to adjust. I've been grieving the loss of a pet this week and haven't been in the mood to workout at allll, but today Alexa's class was the first 50 minutes all week I didn't feel sad because I was so locked in and inspired- and felt genuinely good after todays class, I'm grateful for that!

すべてのレビューを表示Oh. My. God. This was one of the most challenging but rewarding classes I’ve taken in a long time! The instructor was amazing and modified any moves as well as cheered you on with a challenge instead of giving up because it’s a modified move. I’d totally go again because feels like I’d be snatched for my body type! Amazing job, amazing vibes and welcoming space for all size bodies.

すべてのレビューを表示Coach Greer was so helpful and patient with the class! I haven’t lifted in many years and had a lot of questions and Coach was super helpful and thoroughly. I was originally very intimidated but she really took the time to break down the form for each move. I definitely recommend this class for beginners!
