すべてのレビューを表示As a beginner it felt a little intense however Eric is very patient and will allow you to rest if necessary. It was great, i’d recommend. It is very hot in there which is of course expected eventually, the air gets heavy in my personal opinion so that’s something to keep in mind. Overall, Eric was awesome!

It is a special place, definitely my favorite yoga environment I’ve been to in Brooklyn - very understated, beautiful, and welcoming. The quick essential oil massage at the end is such a nice touch. Will definitely be returning soon
